By accessing or using MarketCall, you agree to these Terms of Use and the MarketCall Privacy Policy. Do not use MarketCall if you do not agree.
2. Educational and entertainment purpose
MarketCall is an educational and entertainment product for recording weekly market predictions, tracking performance, and competing through virtual points.
MarketCall does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Information in the app should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, commodity, or other asset.
3. No real-money activity
MarketCall points have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred for value, redeemed, or exchanged for money or prizes. MarketCall is not a brokerage, exchange, bank, gambling service, or trading platform.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MarketCall to:
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or abuse another person.
- Publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Manipulate rankings, predictions, groups, or app infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use automated methods to disrupt or improperly extract the service.
- Violate applicable laws or the rights of another person.
6. User content and groups
You retain responsibility for profile information, group information, prediction theses, and other content you submit. You grant MarketCall the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, and distribute that content within the service.
Group owners and administrators are responsible for managing their groups fairly and respectfully.
7. Market data and results
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. MarketCall may use defined observation windows, third-party data, or verified manual observations to resolve calls. Results are provided for the app's educational competition and should not be used for trading.
8. Availability and changes
MarketCall may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address abuse, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of MarketCall.
You may stop using MarketCall at any time and may permanently delete your account from Settings.
10. Disclaimer
MarketCall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Use of the service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketCall and its operator will not be liable for investment decisions, trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the app.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as MarketCall changes. The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.
